A canelé specialty shop born in Hatchobori, Tokyo in June 2025. We serve freshly baked canelés every day, straight from the oven.
In 2025, we held a pop-up in Paris and sold out completely. Quality recognized in France itself, now delivered nationwide from Tokyo.
Selected as the exclusive guest amenity sweet at sustainable luxury hotel 1 Hotel Tokyo, our presence in the domestic and international luxury scene continues to grow.
